Existing RBS NRI Services Customers:

 
Thank you for your continued patronage with RBS NRI Services. Please follow these simple steps given below to open another account with us:

For NRE/ RBS NRI Services/ FCNR Deposits:
If you are an existing 'NRI Services for NRIs' customer of The Royal Bank of Scotland N.V., then you can remit your funds for deposit in a NRE/ RBS NRI Services/ FCNR deposit through a cheque/ demand draft or a wire/ telegraphic transfer in the permitted foreign currency of your choice. On your request letter, please mention your 'Customer Relationship Number' with The Royal Bank of Scotland N.V., the tenure the NRE/ RBS NRI Services/ FCNR deposit is to be maintained for and funds for NRE/ RBS NRI Services/ FCNR Fixed Deposits.

For NRE/ RBS NRI Services Savings Accounts/Deposits and FCNR Deposits:
  1. Download the 'Account Opening Form' and fill out the form online carefully after reading the instructions. Please ensure that you read the account Terms and Conditions.
  2. Click on ‘Print’ to take a print of the form.
  3. You can open your account with us in India by remitting funds through either of these modes:
    • You can remit funds for the amount you wish to open the account through Wire/ Telegraphic Transfer (TT).
      Please remember to mention your TT Reference Number on the Account Opening Form.
    • Attach a Cheque/Demand Draft for the amount you wish to open the account favouring 'The Royal Bank of Scotland N.V. ' and mail it along with your Account Opening Form.
  4. Mail the Account Opening Form and all the supporting documents (along with your Cheque/Demand Draft or your TT Reference Number on the Account Opening Form, as relevant) to:
